What the website provides

The guide uses your choices to explain recovery options, prerequisites, and data impact, with links to official instructions. It does not inspect or control your phone. A generated plan does not establish compatibility, ownership, a completed unlock, an erase, account access, or an organization release.

Before changing a phone

Read the official instructions for your specific model and software. Some recovery routes permanently erase local data. Check account access, existing backups, and any organization requirements before you confirm an action. Perform a reset or release only when you have authority for that phone and intend the described outcome.

Account and organization requirements

Recovery may require the account linked to the phone, help from its previous owner, or an organization’s administrator. The website does not bypass those requirements or guarantee that a provider will approve a recovery or ownership request.
