Data deletion
HackProof does not create an account or retain your assessment, so there is no server-side profile to delete.
Clear the current assessment
- Reload or close the HackProof tab. Questionnaire answers and results exist only in that page session.
- Delete any
hackproof-safety-plan.txtfile you chose to download from your device and backups. - If you followed a link to a third party, use that service’s privacy and deletion controls for information provided there.
Password checks
The password field is cleared immediately after local hashing. HackProof does not receive the password or full hash and therefore has no copy to delete. Have I Been Pwned may process normal connection data under its own policy.
Hosting logs
The hosting provider may maintain routine security and delivery logs under its operational controls. HackProof does not combine those logs with assessment answers, accounts, email addresses, or submitted customer content. Because this product has no account or submission channel, there is no customer profile for HackProof to locate or delete.
